Founded in 2013, TrappedChest is a true and elegant Minecraft resource pack. The pack has been so idle for the past few years because it failed to update. On the other hand, the deck recently got a big makeover due to a brand new update. As we currently speak, the pack has everything you need to enrich your Minecraft experience to great and unimaginable levels. It does so by giving you a taste of gorgeous visuals that cannot be compared to other packages. What does TrappedChest offer you with these spectacular and amazing visuals? The answer is quite simple; the unique pack is designed with a wide variety of well-crafted textures that make the visuals that little bit better.

This excellent pack also comes with attached textures as well as some intersections and random changes that make it all awesome. Along with these features, the pack is also designed with a glossy user interface. Talking about the actual textures, they are full of details, made of brilliant colors and have less noise than vanilla minecraft. That alone will make you love its look. The TrappedChest texture seems to have so much detail and it's because of the talented designer and the 128×128 resolution of the texture. There's no doubt that you'll need a powerful computer to manage and properly operate this remarkable resource pack. A high-end computer will save you from frame rate problems. Additionally, it is important to note that the package will require MCPatcher or the Optifine alternative to function properly. Make sure you have one of these two important mods installed in your pack before you start enjoying it.

How to install TrappedChest Resource Pack:
- Most source packages require Optifine, so be sure to download and install it. – a general recommended step for all packages, Optifine is also needed for most shaders
- Download the TrappedChest texture pack for Minecraft from the download section below. – if there are many different versions, just choose the one you like, is compatible with your version/edition of minecraft that you think your computer can handle in terms of performance.
- Launch the game client via the Minecraft launcher.
- Click “Options” in the main menu.
- Click on “Resource Packs…” from the options menu.
- Click “Open Resource Pack Folder”. – a folder named “resourcepacks” will appear.
- Move the .zip file you downloaded in the first step into the newly opened “resourcepacks” folder.
- Click “Done”.
- Click on “Resource Pack…” again.
- Your package should appear in the left window, just hover over it and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
QUICK TIP: Sometimes when activating a pack, the game may say that the pack is made for a newer or older version of Minecraft. This is just a warning, it doesn't affect your game in any way and you can still activate and enjoy the pack by just clicking “Yes” when prompted.
- Click “Done” again.
- The package has now been successfully loaded and is ready to use in your world!
