Project MELIOR Resource Pack 1.20 / 1.19

The novelty of most resource packs is adding shine to existing textures. Increase texture resolution, tinker with colors, or smoothen. Original resource bundles replace textures. Project MELIOR is a resource pack that adds polish to Minecraft while being visually unique. The MELIOR resource package debuted in early 2022. The Minecraft 1.18 resource pack benefits from an active development team that releases updates. The source pack’s first release of nearly 2000 original textures was its biggest advantage. This can feel like a nearly comprehensive resource collection with few original textures. The Project MELIOR development team has a plan for future updates. As noted, MELIOR features almost 2000 original textures. Despite replacing numerous graphics with new ones, the resource pack preserves the Minecraft atmosphere. The blockiness of models, blocks, mobs, and all game stuff persists. Some texture details and appearance change. New textures have been added to soil, gravel, ore, weapons, tools, trees, leaves, grass, mobs, and more. Improved ocean and sky textures.

Additionally, snow and rain have improved. Other game particle kinds have been improved as well. All of these changes polish vanilla Minecraft. New item icons are one of Project MELIOR’s many Minecraft upgrades. To make it easier to administer and make player lives more visible, the GUI has been improved. Project MELIOR used higher-resolution textures to improve graphics. New x16 textures would not help the visuals. The developers increased texture resolution to x64. While resolution increases looks, it can hurt game performance. Most source packages use x32 texture resolution. The most demanding resource packs use x128 or x256 textures. Project MELIOR is in the middle since it combines reality, artistic ingenuity, and gaming characteristics to suit everyone’s needs. It promises to improve Minecraft’s visuals without slowing your PC. Premium resource pack Project MELIOR. Players that support the development team on Patreon can get it. The resource pack requires sky texture functions, hence it must be installed using Optifine. A shader bundle should accompany the source pack. BSL Shaders and Project MELIOR are recommended by the development team.

The MELIOR project should be compatible with all of these Minecraft versions: 1.20.4 – 1.20.3 – 1.20.2 – 1.20.1 – 1.20 – 1.19.4 – 1.19.3 – 1.19.2 – 1.19.1 – 1.19 – 1.18.2 – 1.18.1 – 1.18 – 1.17.1 – 1.17 – Bedrock edition – PE
