In late 2021, OwlsCubed released the Space Station resource pack. Many source packs have been released. A space station texture pack was released after past success. Despite its name, this resource pack won’t let you play Minecraft in space. New textures and stylistic blocks let you build a Minecraft space station. This features new metal-looking block textures, ventilation systems, floor tiles, lighting elements, railways, conveyor belts, crate textures, etc. This idea is reinforced by small details. You can build lockers or blocks with warning signs or directions as on a space station. These futuristic features let you create sci-fi-inspired worlds and buildings. Minecraft keeps its essential identity despite these sci-fi-themed visual alterations. Still a boxy cartoon game.
This is mainly due to the developer choosing 16x textures. Though they add little detail, the visual style changes are obvious. The Space Station source pack works on older machines with the lesser 16x resolution, so you don’t need a monster. Future development is crucial to resource packs. A relatively active developer created the space station resource bundle. Since the resource pack was released recently, more upgrades are planned. The user interface has not been changed yet, but OwlsCubed hopes to make it sci-fi-themed. The resource pack is 100% complete, but the developer wants to improve block textures. There are also plans to diversify game blocks and products. New features like stylized mobs and player textures have been introduced to the source pack, but more are expected. Visually, the source bundle is unmatched. Shader packs improve visuals without boosting texture resolution. The resource bundle has been blurred multiple times to improve its appearance. Shader packs can lower frame rates.
The space station should be compatible with all of these versions of Minecraft: 1.17.1 – 1.17 – 1.16.5 – 1.16.4 – 1.16.3 – 1.16.2 – 1.16.1 – 1.16

How to install the Space Station Resource Pack:
- Most source packages require Optifine, so be sure to download and install it. – a general recommended step for all packages, Optifine is also needed for most shaders
- Download the Space Station texture pack for Minecraft from the download section below. – if there are many different versions, just choose the one you like, is compatible with your version/edition of minecraft that you think your computer can handle in terms of performance.
- Launch the game client via the Minecraft launcher.
- Click “Options” in the main menu.
- Click on “Resource Packs…” from the options menu.
- Click “Open Resource Pack Folder”. – a folder named “resourcepacks” will appear.
- Move the .zip file you downloaded in the first step into the newly opened “resourcepacks” folder.
- Click “Done”.
- Click on “Resource Packs…” again.
- Your package should appear in the left window, just hover over it and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
QUICK TIP: Sometimes when activating a pack, the game may say that the pack is made for a newer or older version of Minecraft. This is just a warning, it doesn’t affect your game in any way and you can still activate and enjoy the pack by just clicking “Yes” when prompted.
- Click “Done” again.
- The package has now been successfully loaded and is ready to use in your world!
