DrDestens Shaders 1.21 / 1.20

DrDestens Shaders for Minecraft lets Minecraft look more realistic while running on a typical PC. It was uploaded on July 26, 2021, making it newer than most shader packs. The author expects to keep adding updates and improvements, with the most current version coming in July 2022. They even have a discord server for questions and feedback! Built-in texture pack support distinguishes DrDestens Shaders for Minecraft from other shader packs. It supports labPBR and OldPBR/SuesPBR standards, therefore it works with Vanillaccurate, Brixel, and HardTop PBR texture packs. DrDestens Shaders for Minecraft have several characteristics. Screen space reflections, which use ray tracing to create nuanced reflections like floor puddles or glossy furniture, are one of the first. DrDestens Shaders for Minecraft provides spatial screen occlusion to increase ambient lighting through shading and rendering. Temporal Anti-Aliasing (TAA) removes artifacts from present and prior frames to smooth gameplay. Improved depth of field, motion blur, bloom, divine rays, sunset fog, dynamic lighting, custom block selection outlines, saturation and exposure effects, smooth sky transitions, physics-based rendering, realistic focus-dependent chromatic aberration, lots of water effects, and more are also in the shader set. Manually activating these features creates a fully customized experience that you may tailor to your device. DrDestens Shaders for Minecraft have no shadows and enable all world-enhancing capabilities. Shadows need a lot of resources, which raises the hardware requirements for any shader pack. Minecraft designer DrDesten chose not to add shadows but instead improved realism and attractiveness.

Shadow removal boosts Minecraft’s FPS and reduces lag, however DrDestens shaders function best with a dedicated graphics card. The shader pack creator said “Shadows are performance intensive and will significantly reduce the performance of my shader.” If you’re still undecided, consider how this pack would enhance your Minecraft play. Dynamic lighting and special effects will enhance builders’ works. Imagine entering the royal gardens from your castle. Imagine an invisible wind swaying trees and plants. If you prefer modern buildings, envision sunshine streaming through your mansion’s big glass windows. Subsurface light and other aspects make water effects more realistic. Imagine a Minecraft underwater base with DrDestens Shaders. The upgraded Minecraft environment will appeal to adventurers. Mining might take hours, especially if you’re hunting for a specific ore. You would be amazed by the cave’s light as you left. Players that prefer calm games like farming or living among the villagers could enjoy seeing the mist change at dusk or the wheat rustle in the breeze as they harvest.
