Persönliches Paket (Swedish for Personal Pack) is a true resource pack that breathes new life into many of the game's bland textures. In addition to the more complex blocks, this pack also reworks some of the most common and frequently seen textures such as cobblestones and dirt, a testament to its detailed approach. A significant increase in texture resolution is immediately apparent. While the game's original textures only fit 256 pixels per block, A package of personal packet resources four times that amount for a whopping 4096 pixels. This amount isn't just limited to blocks – mobs and items are also included. As the name suggests, the Personal Pack is the result of the creator's personal tastes and preferences. This is mainly due to the fact that this deck is a mixture of bits and pieces from many other decks that are somewhat similar and can work together in unison.

All the blocks are compatible with each other thanks to their modern look – many of them come from very popular resource packs from the likes of Meinekraft and Misa. Although it has received some criticism for so-called “plagiarism”, Persönliches Paket has permission from the creators of the implemented textures. However, even though it takes inspiration from many other resource packs, Personal Pack has some unique implementations that you won't find anywhere else. This includes images and sounds that receive regular updates for a solid novelty factor. The mobs themselves also have a special twist that will make any night encounter that much more interesting. Fortunately, you don't have to go through the struggle of trying out the packaging yourself – there are quite a few videos and written reviews on the internet. All things considered, the Personliches Paket is not a bad choice for those who tried and liked Meinekreft/Misa, but want to spice up the game even more.

How to install the Persönliches Paket Resource Pack:
- Most source packages require Optifine, so be sure to download and install it. – a general recommended step for all packages, Optifine is also needed for most shaders
- Download the Persönliches Paket texture pack for Minecraft from the download section below. – if there are many different versions, just choose the one you like, is compatible with your version/edition of minecraft that you think your computer can handle in terms of performance.
- Launch the game client via the Minecraft launcher.
- Click “Options” in the main menu.
- Click on “Resource Packs…” from the options menu.
- Click “Open Resource Pack Folder”. – a folder named “resourcepacks” will appear.
- Move the .zip file you downloaded in the first step into the newly opened “resourcepacks” folder.
- Click “Done”.
- Click on “Resource Packs…” again.
- Your package should appear in the left window, just hover over it and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
QUICK TIP: Sometimes when activating a pack, the game may say that the pack is made for a newer or older version of Minecraft. This is just a warning, it doesn't affect your game in any way and you can still activate and enjoy the pack by just clicking “Yes” when prompted.
- Click “Done” again.
- The package has now been successfully loaded and is ready to use in your world!
