Looking at StarCraft Resource Pack it might seem that it was inspired by the hugely popular RTS game series developed by Blizzard; however, in reality, this is far from true. In fact, this particular resource pack was recently launched and is part of the huge number of Star Wars themed resource packs available for Minecraft right now, and all things considered, it's probably one of the best packs available considering that its execution is truly excellent. Here we would like to mention in advance that StarCraft does not fall into the category of those packs that completely ditch the look of Minecraft and turn the game into something completely different. This particular pack helps to change the gaming environment in various ways while introducing various innovative items related to Star Wars to give players a real and more natural experience. Here you will come across various 3D models and generally enjoy the impressive visuals that this pack has to offer thanks to the accurate texture details. Another notable thing about this pack is that it is able to synergize with other resource packs because it doesn't change the style of the environment to a large extent. StarCraft boasts x64 resolution, which is definitely much better than the typical x16 resolution, and as a result, you'll have trouble running this pack properly at a consistent frame rate if your computer's hardware is below par. .

How to install StarCraft Resource Pack:
- Most source packages require Optifine, so be sure to download and install it. – a general recommended step for all packages, Optifine is also needed for most shaders
- Download the StarCraft texture pack for Minecraft from the download section below. – if there are many different versions, just choose the one you like, is compatible with your version/edition of minecraft that you think your computer can handle in terms of performance.
- Launch the game client via the Minecraft launcher.
- Click “Options” in the main menu.
- Click on “Resource Packs…” from the options menu.
- Click “Open Resource Pack Folder”. – a folder named “resourcepacks” will appear.
- Move the .zip file you downloaded in the first step into the newly opened “resourcepacks” folder.
- Click “Done”.
- Click on “Resource Pack…” again.
- Your package should appear in the left window, just hover over it and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
QUICK TIP: Sometimes when activating a pack, the game may say that the pack is made for a newer or older version of Minecraft. This is just a warning, it doesn't affect your game in any way and you can still activate and enjoy the pack by just clicking “Yes” when prompted.
- Click “Done” again.
- The package has now been successfully loaded and is ready to use in your world!
