Simpler Times Resource Pack 1.19 / 1.18

New and inventive ideas don’t have to be spectacular to attract gamers. Simpler Times Resource Kit proves it. The beta and contemporary Minecraft versions are likely different. Simpler Times recreates the beta and alpha’s grainy textures and dark ambiance to bring back the time machine and give new gamers a taste of the past. Many seasoned players claim the game is far better than it was in the beginning. Some like the vintage look, which the Simpler Times texture pack can recreate almost precisely. Optifine is needed for several features, however the pack loads fast into vanilla Minecraft. The original Minecraft flowing lights will greet you when you first enter the world with this addon. Red sunsets and blue mornings return. The textures are simpler. Netherrack and cobblestone are rough and textural, which complements the lighting. Even current Minecraft regions like crimson woods and bastions are “betafied” and match the traditional textures. You’ll notice the traditional GUI when you open your inventory with the Simpler Times resource pack. All item and block labels and names are restored. You will quickly see that the sky has been changed to match the original at the End. You may be wondering how the alpha and beta textures can work with the game’s new blocks. The developer considered that. All new textures are adjusted and influenced by the gritty ones.

This alteration is obvious on the armor. Diamond and netherite have similar shapes and share a base. The tools’ pixelated style is instantly recognizable to gamers. Not only that. If you’ve been around long, you know that updates have modified practically all noises. Simpler Times is one of the rare decks that revives sounds. The villages, animals, mobs, and Steve’s injury sound are identical to the previous game. The pack does not influence game mechanics, so don’t worry about these significant changes. Only visual and audio changes have been made to the battle system and PvE. Implementing CIT is another major feature of the software. Custom Item Texture (CIT) is a unique resource pack feature that modifies models or textures for specific items, usually through names. In the Simpler Times source pack, anvil-naming an emerald “Ruby” changes its texture. There are about 10 CITs with distinct names and appearances. Their pack requirements and resolution are minimal. All models are 16×16 because the textures are “ported” from Minecraft alpha and beta. Regardless of hardware, it will not affect performance. Since several package features require Optifine, you may even see a frame increase if you didn’t install it before. To maximize its benefits, use Optifine’s developer-recommended parameters on the Simpler Times release page. The Minecraft 1.16-1.19 bundle has multiple editions.

Simpler Times should be compatible with all of these Minecraft versions: 1.19.4 – 1.19.3 – 1.19.2 – 1.19.1 – 1.19 – 1.18.2 – 1.18.1 – 1.18 – 1.17.1 – 1.17 – 1.16.5 – 1.16.4 – 1.16.3 – 1.16.2 – 1.16.1 – 1.16
