Speaking of brand new resource packs in Minecraft that have incredibly unique settings that we haven't seen in a long time, SuomiPak Resource Pack is the first that comes to mind. This is due to the fact that this deck was developed to look exactly like Suomi/Finland in its design, and to say that the developers did a great job would be a huge understatement. Not only did this pack manage to replicate this Nordic country, but they did it in a realistic way. It's also worth noting that SuomiPäk used other decks as inspiration, so if you notice any similarities to Beyond Lands, Conquest, and JohnSmith, don't worry, it's not a coincidence. Once you use the pack and get into the game, SuomiPak will show you why it has many positive reviews. It features exceptionally detailed textures and, as we mentioned earlier, has a pretty realistic art style.

Another reason why this resource pack takes the whole game to another level is the fact that the above textures have no noise in them, so when you combine that with the level of detail they have, it's clear why the game is so smooth and why players they become even more “addicted” to exploring the world of Minecraft. Another thing worth noting is that the colors in this pack aren't as vibrant as what you're used to when it comes to Minecraft. So if you're not the biggest fan of darker palettes, maybe the SuomiPak isn't for you. However, if you don't mind these dark colors, or if they are completely irrelevant to you, definitely give SuomiPak a chance, you will definitely not be disappointed. The textures that are in this pack are 16×16, so you can run SuomiPak on pretty much any computer as long as it's capable of running Vanilla Minecraft at a decent frame rate.

How to install SuomiPäk Resource Pack:
- Most source packages require Optifine, so be sure to download and install it. – a general recommended step for all packages, Optifine is also needed for most shaders
- Download the SuomiPäk texture pack for Minecraft from the download section below. – if there are many different versions, just choose the one you like, is compatible with your version/edition of minecraft that you think your computer can handle in terms of performance.
- Launch the game client via the Minecraft launcher.
- Click “Options” in the main menu.
- Click on “Resource Packs…” from the options menu.
- Click “Open Resource Pack Folder”. – a folder named “resourcepacks” will appear.
- Move the .zip file you downloaded in the first step into the newly opened “resourcepacks” folder.
- Click “Done”.
- Click on “Resource Pack…” again.
- Your package should appear in the left window, just hover over it and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
QUICK TIP: Sometimes when activating a pack, the game may say that the pack is made for a newer or older version of Minecraft. This is just a warning, it doesn't affect your game in any way and you can still activate and enjoy the pack by just clicking “Yes” when prompted.
- Click “Done” again.
- The package has now been successfully loaded and is ready to use in your world!
