Smooth resource pack it does exactly what it says on the tin: it flattens and smoothes all your game textures so that the open world actually feels and looks smooth and inviting. With Smoothic, every texture and every frame is now smooth and simple enough to touch, from characters to landscape elements, everything from pumpkins to volcanic lava, to every pebble, every leaf. It alone will make your enemies look even more dangerous, as each of them suddenly acquires much more detailed and much more terrifying features. Note that a final Smoothic installation would require a quality set of shaders to be installed at the same time, preferably a shader that would allow for smooth lighting and ambient occlusion, something that would allow clear waters to reflect the surface that surrounds them, as many people really enjoys the view of the water. Resource packs have yet to really capture nature in all its glory, so game elements like dirt, grass, and trees have remained the same. The arrival of Smoothic changes all that.

It's time to give the outdated depictions of the villager next door and farm animals like pigs and cows a hard reboot, something that all resource packs have yet to accomplish. Smoothic is very similar to cell shading, with lots of bold and bright pastels, it's usually hard to come across a single texture that either looks grainy or darkened. While this resource pack may be perfect for creating magical, fantasy worlds, it's much less suitable for players who want to create something with a slightly darker and grittier tone, such as an underground escape route or a haunted mansion. Every biome, regardless of size, has something to gain from Smoothic. It doesn't even matter how old he is. Although this is a fairly straightforward resource pack, it still contains a number of fairly specific details necessary to download it. Its otherwise low texture resolution of only 16×16 still manages to impress. You will also be pleasantly surprised by the number of frames per second, which if your hardware can run the classic version of minecraft, then you can definitely run it anyway.
Smoothic should be compatible with all of these Minecraft versions: 1.11.2 – 1.11 – 1.10.2 – 1.10 – 1.9.4 – 1.9 – 1.8.9 – 1.8.8 – 1.8.1 – 1.8.6 – 1.8 – 1.7.10 – 1.7.9 – 1.7.4 – 1.7
