It's just one year from the year SC Photorealism Resource Pack has been released and is already getting a lot of interest from different minecraft online players. As the name suggests, the pack aims to give Minecraft a more realistic appeal. It does this by removing the unnecessary stuff that clutters the appearance of the texture, while adding a huge amount of detail to the same textures. With the numerous improvements it brings, you definitely can't go wrong with this pack. Unlike similar packs of the same resolution and category, the SC photorealistic pack contains one of the most detailed and distinctive textures. In addition to highly detailed textures, the pack also combines a vibrant color range and an authentic art style to achieve an absolutely stunning Minecraft look.

The SC Photorealism pack stands out from most of these popular packs as it mainly focuses on giving the player a contemporary art style experience while playing. So if you have projects that have been themed around a modern environment, the pack can really come in handy as it takes your model to a whole new level. Surprisingly, at first glance one would think the pack is higher resolution due to the highly exaggerated and finer details. However, this is not the case as the SC Photorealism package includes x128 resolution. However, it should be noted that some subpar computers may not run this package properly. To get the best out of it, you should get an average computer to avoid some technical glitches due to its somewhat high resolution.

How to install SC Photorealism Resource Pack:
- Most source packages require Optifine, so be sure to download and install it. – a general recommended step for all packages, Optifine is also needed for most shaders
- Download the SC Photorealism texture pack for Minecraft from the download section below. – if there are many different versions, just choose the one you like, is compatible with your version/edition of minecraft that you think your computer can handle in terms of performance.
- Launch the game client via the Minecraft launcher.
- Click “Options” in the main menu.
- Click on “Resource Packs…” from the options menu.
- Click “Open Resource Pack Folder”. – a folder named “resourcepacks” will appear.
- Move the .zip file you downloaded in the first step into the newly opened “resourcepacks” folder.
- Click “Done”.
- Click on “Resource Pack…” again.
- Your package should appear in the left window, just hover over it and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
QUICK TIP: Sometimes when activating a pack, the game may say that the pack is made for a newer or older version of Minecraft. This is just a warning, it doesn't affect your game in any way and you can still activate and enjoy the pack by just clicking “Yes” when prompted.
- Click “Done” again.
- The package has now been successfully loaded and is ready to use in your world!
