Paint Pack is one of the largest resource packs you will ever see. It is visually excellent and has a huge number of changes that you will surely like. This texture pack was made to load correctly in versions 1.9 and above, but not in lower versions. That said, if you have version 1.8.9 or anything below, it will still work, but you will find a few bugs and errors on it. The good thing we can tell you is that there is a specific version made for any subversion 1.8, even though many things from the usual 1.9 version are missing, it will work without any visual errors, which is really nice, and you will still be able to see the amazing look and design of this masterpiece. The Malte resource pack has been developed with a lot of effort and love from their creators and they are not wrong when they say that they provide one of the best 3D designs and textures available.

The art of this texture pack was simply ahead of its time. During the testing and development of this resource pack, x256 and x512 were tried because they didn't seem to fit together properly, so the end result is slightly muddy and even a little sloppy, so they ended up rejecting those resolutions. and leaving x128 as the standard resolution, which is already a great resolution quality and perfect for this case. Needless to say, you'll need a reasonably powerful computer to run Malte Pack without stability issues.

How to install Malte Pack Resource Pack:
- Most source packages require Optifine, so be sure to download and install it. – a general recommended step for all packages, Optifine is also needed for most shaders
- Download the Malte Texture Pack for Minecraft from the download section below. – if there are many different versions, just choose the one you like, is compatible with your version/edition of minecraft that you think your computer can handle in terms of performance.
- Launch the game client via the Minecraft launcher.
- Click “Options” in the main menu.
- Click on “Resource Packs…” from the options menu.
- Click “Open Resource Pack Folder”. – a folder named “resourcepacks” will appear.
- Move the .zip file you downloaded in the first step into the newly opened “resourcepacks” folder.
- Click “Done”.
- Click on “Resource Pack…” again.
- Your package should appear in the left window, just hover over it and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
QUICK TIP: Sometimes when activating a pack, the game may say that the pack is made for a newer or older version of Minecraft. This is just a warning, it doesn't affect your game in any way and you can still activate and enjoy the pack by just clicking “Yes” when prompted.
- Click “Done” again.
- The package has now been successfully loaded and is ready to use in your world!
