While the graphics side of Minecraft isn't exactly the title's selling point, it's by no means bad with its cubic look. Most players enjoy the well-defined art style of the title, which has become iconic at this point. They just ask that the overall design of the game be a little more detailed. This is the place Loyal Resource Pack comes into play. The Faithful 32×32 resource pack will improve the resolution of everything in the game, including blocks, enemies, and equipment pieces. You'll notice these improvements as soon as you install the resource pack, just launch the game and start looking around. The Faithful 32×32 pack only enhances what's already in the game and tries to keep the art style and feel of the game world intact.

The pack is simply an improvement to the quality of the existing textures and element shapes in the game, so don't expect any major change or difference from the base game. It aims to bring higher resolution textures and brighter colors, and while it also changes the lighting and shadows in the game, there are more specific mods that improve the game's shadows and lighting. Check out shader mods if that's what you're looking for. The Faithful 32x pack only makes the game look nicer. This is not a mod and as such does not introduce any new gameplay elements to the base game. Any mods you are currently using should still work fine after installing this texture pack. The package author maintains a list of mods that are compatible with the package and which are not. Follow the list to make sure the resource pack is fully compatible with the mods you currently have installed.

How to install Faithful 32x Resource Pack:
- Most source packages require Optifine, so be sure to download and install it. – a general recommended step for all packages, Optifine is also needed for most shaders
- Download the Faithful 32x Texture Pack for Minecraft from the download section below. – if there are many different versions, just choose the one you like, is compatible with your version/edition of minecraft that you think your computer can handle in terms of performance.
- Launch the game client via the Minecraft launcher.
- Click “Options” in the main menu.
- Click on “Resource Packs…” from the options menu.
- Click “Open Resource Pack Folder”. – a folder named “resourcepacks” will appear.
- Move the .zip file you downloaded in the first step into the newly opened “resourcepacks” folder.
- Click “Done”.
- Click on “Resource Pack…” again.
- Your package should appear in the left window, just hover over it and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
QUICK TIP: Sometimes when activating a pack, the game may say that the pack is made for a newer or older version of Minecraft. This is just a warning, it doesn't affect your game in any way and you can still activate and enjoy the pack by just clicking “Yes” when prompted.
- Click “Done” again.
- The package has now been successfully loaded and is ready to use in your world!
